Chopta

Chopta, in Uttaranchal is at a height of 9000 feet. This place is very picturesque and u can see the whole Himalayan range of peaks. This is the place from where you do a trek of 3 km to the 'Tungnath' temple which is dedicated to lord Shiva. U'll find many alpine and coniferous trees around. If u closely see the shot.. the snow laden Himalayan range of mountains is covered with the clouds, that was pretty unfortunate, but the place is amazing !
